If you began your coursework prior to July 2013, you may combine online and classroom courses NOT INCLUDING Teaching Grammar, to earn a 100 to 120 hour certificate, depending on courses taken.
In TESOL Culture we cover the role of context (social, cultural, and linguistic) in intercultural relations and examine the complex relationship between culture and communication. To help deepen your knowledge and perspective, we will examine major theories related to educating culturally diverse students.

This course earns 3 PLUs. Prerequisite: You must establish and maintain an account on the Moodle Distance Learning system, have access to the internet and email to participate in this class.
