Digital Photography - Introduction  

Learn how to recognize and use the controls of the camera to capture images that you will want to share with your friends and family. Learn how to set your camera to take better photographs. Learn how to retrieve the photos from the camera, upload them to your computer, manipulate the size and quality and output them to email and/or your printer. Bring your camera, storage media card (e.g., compact flash, smart media, etc.) and camera instruction manual to class. Prerequisite: a basic understanding of Windows. In order to be able to appreciate the applications of this class, you should be able to create folders, drag and drop files, and be comfortable with Windows Explorer.
