Includes general instruction in exercise physiology, osteoporosis, strength training, arthritis, nutrition, diabetes, behavior modification and pharmacology, as well as personalized instruction in weight training and aerobic fitness.
Can register for course on Tuesday AND/OR Thursday - two different registrations depending on which day(s) you prefer. Class is tailored to individual physical abilities. A signed waiver is required.
