Paralegal - Family Law  

Learn the practical and procedural aspects of family law practice. Areas explored include matrimonial law, divorce, alimony, child custody, adoption, paternity, abortion and family violence.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn the grounds for divorce.
  • Learn the history of marriage and divorce in Georgia.
  • Learn the issues of custody, custodial time (visitation) and child support.
  • Learn some of the issues dealing with adoption.
