Paralegal - Estate Planning and Probate  

Learn basic concepts and general procedures governing estates, trusts and wills. Instruction also covers federal estate and gift taxes, estate planning, administration and probate.

Learning Objectives:

  • The student will be able to understand the rules regarding the rights of survivors of a deceased estate.
  • The student will be able to understand the difference in the types of trusts.
  • The student will be able to understand wills and the validity and invalidity of wills.

Note: Basic computer skills and Internet access are required.
