|Cooking 101 (Grades 7-12)
What’s around the corner? College! Get ready to create delicious staple dishes on a college budget. We will practice advanced measuring, mixing, cutting, cooking, and baking techniques while preparing your favorite dishes. Students will explore a wide range of dishes from quick 30-minute meals to all-organic dishes from scratch. By the end of the course, students will take home their very own cookbook and culinary skills.
