HTML I & II  

This is where it all begins. Learning HTML is your first step toward joining the millions of people creating and publishing their very own web sites. Course is divided into two sections:

  • HTML I
    Focus on home page creation through basic HTML elements including page formatting, establishing hyperlinks, adding graphic images, and an introduction to tables.
  • HTML II
    Insert nested tables and forms and use cascading style sheets. Discussion includes popular HTML editing tools such as Dreamweaver.

Textbooks are required at the first class meeting and are available at the KSU Center bookstore.

Prerequisite: Windows - Beginning

Learning Objectives:

  • Create basic and impressive HTML documents
  • Link documents to the web
  • Use Cascading Style Sheets for a consistent look
  • Use forms to enable user interaction
  • Add structure with tables
