Bridge the communication gap between non-English-speaking clients and medical personnel. Designed for the healthcare worker whose responsibilities include working with clients in a medical setting, this course provides the tools needed to successfully help facilitate a dialogue between medical personnel and those they serve. Join the healthcare team as a critical member trained to help interpret medical conditions, treatments and procedures.

Prerequisites: Applicants must be bilingual in Spanish and English and will be assessed for their bilingual skills. Participants will be accepted into the program based on their application and interview assessment. No medical background is necessary.
