Wine 101  

Go beyond "red or white?" and learn the basics of wine, styles of wine, wine making, wine tasting, and pairing wine with food. You'll learn how best to select, evaluate, store and enjoy wine. Taught by Sommelier David LeClaire of Seattle Uncorked, and Christopher Gronbeck, owner of The Barrel Thief Wine & Whiskey Bar in Fremont. Students must be 21 or older; picture ID required. Please eat before coming to class. A $10 materials fee is due to instructor in class.
