All About Bubbles!
Interested in know more about what makes a Prosecco different than a Champagne? What is so special about Cava? Learn about the origins and history of all sparkling wines and try an array of different styles, methods, and approaches to champagne style wines. Taste wines from Spain, Italy, France, Argentina, America, and even Australia. Taught by Sommelier David LeClaire. Students must be 21 or older; picture ID required. $10 fee payable to instructor at class. Class meets at Wine World, 400 NE 45th Street, Seattle.
