We'll taste our way through Bourbons from Kentucky, Washington State, and places in between, exploring the storied history of Bourbon and learning how it's made and what makes it unique. Students must be 21 or older; picture ID required. A $20 materials fee is due to instructor in class. Class meets off campus at The Barrel Thief in Fremont, 3417 Evanston Ave N, #102, Seattle.
