Lift Truck Certification
Learn a new job skill and become a Certified Lift Truck Operator! In this hands-on class you will have an opportunity to practice driving, maneuvering and lifting principles on a standard forklift. You will gain a basic understanding of lift trucks and lift truck safety and operations. This course meets OSHA regulations and uses Ives training materials to ensure comprehensive, state-of-the-art instruction.
You must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a written and hands-on evaluation test. You will receive a Certification Card that is valid for three years. You are encouraged to bring a brown-bag lunch. PLEASE NOTE – Preregistration and pre-payment are required no later than 12 noon the Friday before the Saturday class.
