Access 2007 Level 2  

In this two- day course you will learn how to maintain data consistency, how to customize database components, and how to share Access data with other applications. This course is for the individual whose job responsibilities include maintaining data integrity; handling complex queries, forms, and reports; and sharing data between Access ™ and other applications.
Audience: completion of the Microsoft Office Access 2007 Level 1 course or equivalent knowledge and experience is recommended.
Upon successful completion of this course you should be able to:
  • Restrict data entry using field properties
  • Establish patterns for entering Field Values
  • Create Query Joins – Join unrelated tables
  • Create flexible queries to display specified records
  • Enhance the capabilities of a form
  • Customize reports to organize the displayed information and produce specific print layouts
  • Set Report Control properties
  • Create a Subform
  • Add a Subreport to an existing report
  • Summarize report information
  • Import and Export Data
