Preparation for US Citizenship  

Designed for permanent residents, you will learn how to complete the naturalization application, and to prepare for the examination and interview process. You will study U.S. history and government and practice for the Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) interview. This class is open to anyone who has been a legal, permanent resident for a minimum of five years and can read, write and speak English at an intermediate or higher level.

Please be advised that this class does not include the naturalization examination given by the CIS. You must apply with the Citizenship and Immigration Services individually and take your examination in Tukwila.
