Digital Photography: Level 2
Sharpen your photography skills, refine your techniques and get your creative juices flowing! In this class designed for intermediate photographers, discover how to make more powerful images by delving deeper into advanced Elements & Principles of Composition, Metering, Exposure, On Camera Flash, Off Camera Flash, Filters, Focus and Creative Uses of your Camera’s Functions. Weekly in-class discussions & hands-on exercises, out of class assignments and critiques will challenge you to discover new ways of seeing, expand your creativity and become one with your camera! Students will be invited to exhibit photographs in the Hawk’s Gallery. Bring camera and manual and your sense of adventure the first night of class.
Who Should Attend: Intermediate photographers well-versed in digital photographic vocabulary who use Aperture, Shutter Speed, or Bulb to set exposure. And, who understand the Histogram, ISO, White Balance, and basic concepts of Light. This class is an excellent next step for alumni of SPSCC “Digital Photography – Level 1” or previous “Beyond Basics” class.
