Freedom From Emotional Eating
We overeat and keep ourselves heavy
for astonishingly good reasons—not
because we lack willpower! Begin to
uncover what your underlying reasons
are and turn them around. Discover
a liberating new strategy of eating
to lose fat without dieting. This fun,
inspiring workshop is facilitated by a
nutritionist and certified life coach. Please bring
a sack lunch first class and be prepared for
a breakthrough. Fee includes optional
