We overeat and keep ourselves heavy for astonishingly good reasons—not because we lack willpower! Begin to uncover what your underlying reasons are and turn them around. Discover a liberating new strategy of eating to lose fat without dieting. This fun, inspiring workshop is facilitated by a nutritionist and certified life coach.
