Nursing Assistant Certified - Pre 2013
This is not a Financial Aid eligible class.
Tuition is $900.
Summer 2013 CLASS INFORMATION
First day to register is Monday, May 20th at 8:00am
Last day to register is Jne 27th, 2013
Payment is due at time of registration. Students can make a payment of $900 or two seperate payments of $450. Second payment of $450 is due not later than June 27, 2013.
Students MUST register in person at the Continuing Education department located in Bldg 6 at the Tacoma Campus.
NO ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE REGISTRATIONS FOR THIS PROGRAM.
Students who are registered are required to show proof of the following items no later than 3:00pm on Thursday,June 27, 2013 or they will be dropped from the program without a refund.
Required items on or before June 27, 2013
Proof of a negative two-step Tuberculosis Test
Proof of CPR Certification for Health Care Providers
* Students must be able to pass a WA State Background Check.
