Professional Ethics and the Law for Counselors  

Learn to protect yourself and your clients. Topics include federal and state laws and administrative codes: 42 CFR, WAC 246-810, and RCW 13.130. Course will also address legal and ethical issues surrounding dual relationships, confidentiality, and informed consent. Instructor Mike Towey is a specialist in ethics training for community programs. (4 CE hours or .4 CEUs)
