Thai Food: What to Order in a Restaurant

Many people may not know much about Thai culture, but they love to eat Thai food. The primary tastes of sweet, sour, savory and hot delight their palate. Still, it’s possible to miss the chance to enjoy the best tastes of Thailand because of not knowing how to read a Thai menu, even in English! Learn to order Thai food from each section of the menu and explore different combinations of Thai cuisine. During the class, taught by a native Thai, students will learn how to prepare several simple and tasty dishes in their own kitchens. Optional field trips to local Thai restaurants. (No class 7/2/12.)
