A lucid dream is a dream in which you are actively aware that you are dreaming. When awareness is separate from the content of the dream, it is possible to manipulate the story and characters to create a desired outcome. For example, in an unpleasant dream situation this awareness makes it possible to change the dream or back away from the unpleasant environment. Supported by research at Stanford University, learn and apply some techniques that trigger this experience with a good success rate. This is a fun and fascinating class that can enrich waking hours as well and develops skills to help create a more lucid experience in life. (No class 7/5/12.)
