Create tasty comfort foods as you learn to think green and eat green! Learn to prepare an array of breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes, plus appetizers and desserts - all featuring raw foods. Students will prepare tasty foods, clean-up, learn kitchen safety, and, most importantly, eat each day! Includes keepsake recipe book at the end of class.
