Int/Adv Handguilding/Sculpture
Continue your study of handbuilding techniques in clay to fine tune your techniques for creating work in clay and sculptural work. This class will explore many methods, emphasize design, and encourage creativity. Projects are individual and instruction is on a personal basis as the student works. Instruction is provided for each project the student desires to work on.
Int/Adv Wheel
Learn about wheel throwing techniques by practicing a variety of shapes and sizes. Students will learn to trim their pottery. Glazing with some surface decorating will be explored.
This class is for students with some throwing experience who are comfortable in a class with all levels of experience. Any student who is extremely advanced, and just wants to throw is always welcome. (Note: We are not a production studio and the use of outside materials is subject to instructor approval.)
