Learn her secrets to making perfect dough and the simple steps to preparing two Italian classics, calzones and focaccia bread. On the menu are two traditional calzones, a mushroom and a spinach, as well as two timeless focaccia recipes one with Fontina and red crushed peppers and one with rosemary.
