Washington Real Estate Fundamentals

This Washington State Dept. of Licensing approved entry-level course is designed for buyers, sellers, investors, and any others interested in obtaining a Real Estate Brokers License. This is the FIRST required course prior to taking the WA State Licensing Exam. Topics include ownership rights, contract law, agency law, listing agreements and procedures, the selling process, valuation, finance, leasing, property management, landlord tenant law, license law and fair housing.

This course uses a separate online portal and is not accessible though the Bellevue College Canvas system. A personalized email will be sent to each student with instructions as to how to access the course/materials.

Please note this course now allows for continuous enrollment. However, the course must be completed within the quarter registered and by no later than the quarter end date.
