NEW!
Required course for Broker's First License Renewal (one of three courses.) Introduces the legal system, forms of ownership, title and transfer theory, agency law, contract law. Course includes review of laws impacting the real estate industry and reviews Washington State License Law. Students have graded projects to demonstrate their knowledge. Approved for appraiser pre-licensing and continuing education. Registration is open the first seven weeks of the quarter. Students must complete the course by the end of the quarter.
