Residential Appraiser Site Valuation and Cost Approach

Meets criteria set by the Appraisal Foundation for this subject title and for appraiser pre-licensing and continuing education. Basic concepts of land value, data collection and analysis, reasons for separate site value, calculating costs, figuring depreciation, final analysis of cost approach. Approved for continuing education for real estate licensees. Registration is open the first seven weeks of the quarter. Students must complete the course by the end of the quarter.
