Prereq: Principles of Appraising Meets criteria set by the Appraisal Foundation for this subject title and for appraiser pre-licensing and continuing education. In depth study of the Sales Comparison and Income Approaches to value. Problem identification and solution methodologies. Data collection and analysis for these approaches to value. Approved for continuing education for real estate licensees. Registration is open the first seven weeks of the quarter. Students must complete the course by the end of the quarter.
