Finance for Non-Financial Managers
This introduction to business finance explores financial statements and translates them into meaningful, usable information. Topics: balance sheets, cash flow and income statements, expense and trend analysis. Examine statements for return on investment (ROI), price/earning (P/E) ratio and discuss how to perform a ratio analysis. Discuss money with ease in no time as you become more comfortable with financial matters.
Prerequisites: Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), and basic algebra skills (solve a simple arithmetic equation for one unknown). Recommended Accounting Overview for Non-Accountants or equivalent knowledge.
