Developing Milestones and Work Packages With a Team  

Review the definitions of both Milestone and Work Package and see how they are the building blocks of the project network diagram. Then practice building the network diagram to master these skills so you can use them as the basic framework for any project. Once built, the diagram is a road map throughout the project giving you work package owners, project durations, timeline, and critical path, making project monitoring and control easier and more effective.
