Computer Maintenance and Support (A+)
This course helps prepare you for the two-part CompTIA A+ Technician exams (www.comptia.org). Topics: component specs and assembly; system configuration; network component design and planning; troubleshooting techniques; and focus on technical and networking aspects of current Windows versions. Excellent companion course with Network Design and Troubleshooting (Network+). Class is offered Fall and Spring.
Prerequisite: Familiarity with PCs and Windows installation and use.
Bring a USB flash drive (minimum 2 GB) to class.
