This special two-week summer program introduces students ages 12 - 17 to the Chinese language, culture, and history. You will learn basic writing and speaking skills and everyday vocabulary and expressions in Mandarin Chinese, the official language of China. The class also includes Chinese arts and crafts, such as calligraphy or paper cuts. This program is offered in conjunction with the Asia Pacific Language School. Required text: Ni Hao, Volume 1, 3rd edition (simplified) with software download.
