The "Big Five" and More: Is Africa On Your Bucket List?

The mighty African continent runs from the Sahara and Atlas mountains in the north, to the verdant Garden Route along Africa's coastline, via the great savannahs of the Maasai Mara, endless peaks and bone-dry desert, untamed jungle, and coursing rivers. Africa is a bucket list destination that few will ever experience. Have you always wanted to tour the Serengeti National Park or the private game reserves of Kruger National Park, and be on the look out for elephant, lion, Cape buffalo, cheetah, zebra, giraffe, and more. Maybe you've dreamt of visiting with the locals at the Maasai Mara National Reserve, sipping award winning wines in the vineyards of South Africa, or visiting Cape Point and Table Mountain in Cape Town, the Apartheid Museum in Johannesburg, or spectacular Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. Or how about visiting a township in South Africa, seeing a private Maasai dance performance, meeting baby elephants in Nairobi, and savoring a mimosa at a bush breakfast in Kenya or Tanzania. We will go beyond the ordinary in this visual presentation on Africa, and a travel specialist and a representative from Globus, a leading tour operator in the region, will share their knowledge and experience of this great and mighty continent.
