Olympic Weight Lifting   

: Olympic weightlifting is a sport that is both empowering, challenging and humbling. And if done right, it’s something you can enjoy for years to come. In these classes, Coach Chase Taylor and Ryan Young, both CrossFit Level I Trainers will teach you proper lifting techniques, the different types of lifts (Clean & Jerk, and Snatch), how to move more weight, and improve your flexibility and lifting positioning. Class are open to beginners to advanced lifters and all fitness levels.
