Youth Cooking for Sports Nutrition   NEW!

Chuck the Junk! High energy kids who are in sports need great nutrition and we offer two sections with Clark Health, Physical Education and Fitness Trainer faculty. Begin with fantastic Smoothies and breakfast foods. Everyone will be busy as we mix tips on healthy eating with youth oriented, fantastic recipes, including several from Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution. Learn why specific foods are the best choices for quick or sustained energy as well as what foods to avoid because they have a negative effect on performance. For Youth aged 9-16.
