Vigor in Maturity: Tai Chi I  

Naturally improve balance, flexibility, blood pressure, bone density, and the immune system with T'ai Chi, a form of Chinese exercise characterized by slow flowing movements that are performed in a relaxed conscious manner. It combines physical exercise and meditation with the goal of leading a healthy life through the balance and harmony of mind, body and spirit. This class will worki with the beginning section of the Yang Style 24 movement Simplified Form. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Open to new and returning students.
