The Sommelier Series - New World Wine Regions NEW!

Explore the world’s wine regions formed after the 1850’s including the U.S., Australia, New Zealand and South America. Discover each area’s recent wine history and how each country has established its own unique reputation for world-class wines. Sample 8 examples including Australian Shiraz, California Cabernet & Chardonnay, Washington Syrah & Viognier, Argentinean Malbec & Torrontes, and New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Prerequisite: completion of Wine 101 or instructor permission. A certificate for Continuing Education credits (CEU's) will be given for completion of this course.
