"Makin' Whoopie" - Pies, That Is NEW!

Pumpkin is always a favorite flavor of the harvest season. Imagine a moist, slightly sweet and lightly spiced pumpkin cake-like cookie filled with a sweetened cream cheese frosting. For any time of year, a traditional whoopie pie (sweet marshmallow-y filling squished between two rich chocolate cake rounds) fits the bill. This course teaches the basics of cake batter, without the work of filling and icing a cake. At the end of class, you'll understand how they got their name - "WHOOPIE!!"
