The Winemaker's Experience: A Hands-On Course

Retired vintner John Dingethal of Sandhill Winery will walk you through the process of making a fine wine. Even if you're new to winemaking or lead a busy lifestyle, you can discover how to create your own boutique wines at a fraction of the cost of purchasing. This course will be offered over three terms, and for Fall John will cover the early stages of the winemaking process - starting with stomping the grapes.
