Hands-on Fresh Pasta   

Making pasta from scratch is not as difficult or time consuming as you may think. Practice making a variety of different pasta shapes in an easy-going class where the relaxed pace results in the most rich, toothsome pasta you've ever had. Recipes include Fettuccini Alfredo, Linguini with Fresh Mozzarella & Tomato-Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, Garganelli with Peas & Prosciutto and Three Cheese Ravioli with Basil Pesto.
