Alternative Care for Aging Family Members   NEW!

The need for home and community-based caregiving is one of the most compelling issues of our time. This interactive e-Course is designed to provide an introduction to caregiving.

“There is no place like home.” On the one hand, this is the thread of thought that permeates through the wishes of every chronically ill or disabled person. On the other, through extensive study there is a clear realization that people not only survive but rather thrive in their own homes. To meet the wish of individuals to live in their own homes, we are quickly developing in-home and community based caregiving resources.

Each section of the course begins with an introductory video outlining the learning objectives of for that section. The materials are presented through text, video and quiz formats designed for optimal learning.
