ICD-10 CM/PCS Series   NEW!

This series of courses includes interactive content, inline quizzes, unit exams, and interactive learning activities related to ICD-10 CM/PCS, including individual courses in Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Terminology, and Pathophysiology. In addition, the content includes access to the ADAM online interactive Anatomy application, the 3M Encoder – medical encoding software. The fee does not include the optional text. The courses will be facilitated by AHIMA certified ICD-10 CM/PCS coders and will provide students with continual access to industry experts. Included as part of the training experience, students will have online access to patient records as part of a faux-patient record system.

TRAINING GOALS

The training has been designed to meet the following goals:

• All course components are available completely online to both incumbent and new workers in the healthcare field

• Students are provided access to a group of AHIMA facilitators who have been trained in ICD-10 CM/PCS

• Access to courses to incumbent healthcare workers as professional development and for students preparing to enter the workforce as credit in an accredited training program offered through an State of Washington approved training program

• Access to supplemental course materials and to facilitators is available beyond the training period
