Going gluten-free? You’re not alone!! It is estimated that about a third of the US population may be sensitive to gluten (a protein component found in wheat and other grain products). During tonight's class, find out what gluten is, where it is found and how to avoid it if necessary. In addition, we will navigate our way through an entire day of gluten-free living including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Recipes include Buckwheat Pancakes, Black Bean Quinoa Salad, Zucchini & Eggplant “Lasagna”, Granola Bars and Grain-Free “Cheesy” Almond Crackers.
