This intensive program offered by Cleveland State University is designed primarily for individuals seeking the most sought-after HR certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Now, enjoy the ability to learn at your leisure with our SHRM LS for PHR/SPHR online course! This course will be offered via Blackboard, accessible 24/7 from any web browser. Learn from experts in the field delivering lectures and as you follow along with the viewable PowerPoint presentation. In addition, you will have discussion questions, articles to read as well as quiz questions to enhance your learning experience. A synchronous, live interactive session will also be held for every module in which one of our four expert instructors will provide a overview and allow participants to submit questions and get answers via Blackboard Collaborate. Instructors are available to answer questions via email as well.

A synchronous session every Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. ET. Students are required to participate in these sessions.
This course will consist of recorded lectures, discussion questions, quizzes, articles and one synchronous session per Module week. All readings should be read prior to the Module week.
