Beginning Yoga and Meditation with Kris Fondran (6 Sessions)  

This is the perfect introductory yoga class for those who would like ways to incorporate yoga into their busy day.

A variety of postures and movements to improve flexibility of the muscles and joints of the body as well as breath and guided meditation exercises will be introduced.

Students will enjoy the many benefits of yoga such as improved mobility, breath capacity and full body relaxation.

You will earn 300 VikeHealth incentive points for participation in a Journey to Wellness program, with a maximum of 300 points per term. You must attend 80 percent of the program to receive the 300 points . In addition, those who participate in the Fitness for Life program will earn additional VikeHealth points for their Fitness for Life health screening as well as VikeHealth Exercise Health Credits for completing and submitting their Fitness for Life exercise cards.
