Intermediate Yoga and Meditation with Kris Fondran (6 Sessions)  

Stress is an unavoidable part of 21st century life.

Despite the stress, we still wish to experience a life full of peace, happiness and love,

and yoga can be the vehicle to accomplish this goal.

Inherent in yoga is a plethora of techniques that when learned and practiced frequently can decrease levels of physical, emotional, and mental stress. This program involves further development of basic yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation techniques.

Prior yoga experience recommended, but not compulsory.


You will earn 300 VikeHealth incentive points for participation in a Journey to Wellness program, with a maximum of 300 points per term. You must attend 80 percent of the program to receive the 300 points. In addition, those who participate in the Fitness for Life program will earn additional VikeHealth points for their Fitness for Life health screening as well as VikeHealth Exercise Health Credits for completing and submitting their Fitness for Life exercise cards.
