This two and half day professional development workshop will provide students with
a better understanding of the complexity of apples for cider making. Taught at Tieton
Cider Works by their cider maker, Marcus Robert, Cider Fruit Selection is a unique
workshop and lecture program on the topics of apples, horticulture, testing for ripeness,
and fruit selection will give cider makers the detailed knowledge required to make a
delicious and unique cider.

Class will take place at Tieton Cider Works in beautiful Yakima, WA.
