T'ai Chi Chih - Beginning and Intermediate

Discover this new form of Qi Qong, founded in the ancient Chinese art of T’ai Chi. T’ai Chi Chih is an inner discipline cultivating awareness of the energy all about us and within. It is particularly well adapted to our fast-paced and stress-filled lives and has the potential to enhance awareness of the body/mind relationship. The regular practice of T’ai Chi Chih produces wonderful benefits by circulating and balancing what the Chinese call “Chi”.

The 20 non-impact movements are easy to do, and are adaptable to anyone’s comfortable range of motion or disability. The movements require only a few feet of space. They can be done in a small apartment or almost anywhere. They have a calming and centering effect which dissolves tensions and enhances creativity. Benefits come from balancing the “chi” and each individual will have their own health benefits, if practiced!

No special equipment necessary! Wear comfortable clothing and soft, flexible shoes or socks.
