Quickbooks: Custom Reports And Graphs  

Every business has specific needs for accessing and displaying its data in meaningful ways. The process of creating just the right report can often be a daunting task. Explore how to run a variety of preset reports, copy and customize those reports, and apply powerful filtering tools to obtain only the data you need. Learn how to print reports, export report contents to MS Excel, and display your data using basic preset graphs. Prerequisite: QuickBooks Pro Fundamentals or equivalent experience. (Handout included).

Upon successful completion of the workshop, the student will be able to:

  • Locate, display, and memorize preset reports in QuickBooks.
  • Customize report appearance and apply filters to obtain a specific subset of related data.
  • Preview and print reports, and export report data to MS Excel.
  • Use basic preset graphs to chart QuickBooks data.
