Life in the Universe   

Investigates the astronomical and biological conditions necessary for the evolution of life in the universe. Topics covered will be basic concepts in astronomy and cosmology, evolution of life on Earth, the conditions necessary for the evolution of life, other locations where life may have evolved in the solar system and the search for intelligent life in the universe. Prerequisite: Placement into ENGL 101 and MATH 099 or higher.
