Color Management and Printing for Digital Photography (2.0 CEUs)   NEW!

Most digital photographers start with one goal: to print what they see on their monitor accurately. There are a host of technological issues that conspire to make prints and monitor images appear anything but the same. During this class we will discuss color theory, and how it controls the printing process. We’ll also explore how to use and create printer, scanner, and monitor profiles and how they affect your prints. A hands-on session with scanners, monitors, printers and the Colormunki calibration system will help you to understand the technological problems and solutions that will help you to control the printing process and produce accurate, beautiful images.
